3 rows of offset-tipped blades

Equipped with 3 rows of specific staggered-tip blades, entirely protected by tungsten carbide plates, this machine enables fracturing by lifting with the same wave-like effect as brand name cultivators. There is thus no disturbance of the soil horizons, and all organic matter and residues, whether decomposed or not, are preserved on the surface in order to maintain soil fertility and surface coverage.

The arrangement and spacing of the blades (approximately 30 cm) are aimed at achieving consistent work at a depth ranging from 15 to 25 cm. Furthermore, the lifting-based working principle requires reduced traction power and consumption compared to mixing work done with a tooth harrow.

To ensure good penetration and working capacity in hard and dry soils, AGRISEM has chosen to equip the Smartplow with hydraulic Non-Stop safety blades, whose triggering power can be adjusted, and whose clearance, exceeding 30 cm, protects the mechanical components of the machine as well as the working parts.

A wide range of single or double rollers with continuous hydraulic adjustment is offered to control the machine’s depth and compact the soil before planting.

More versatility for stubble ploughing

For greater versatility and for cultivating purposes, it is possible to equip the machine with cultivation tines along with leveling discs. In this scenario, the 80 mm tips, when paired with mixing shares, are ideal for deep work and can be supplemented with scalping fins for shallow cultivation. The parallelogram adjustment kinematics ensures consistent performance, regardless of the chosen depth.
