Coupling

Vibromulch has an articulated drawbar with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment, as well as a choice of different connections to the tractor, by ring, coupling ball K80 or by 2-points toggling hitch.

Cross board

Front Cross-Board kit, with hydraulic adjustment, allows you to level the soil before the passage of the tines and to sink the clods for more efficiency after plowing and preparation of the seedbed.

Discs coulters

To push its limits and improve mulching quality, the machine can be fitted with a row of hydraulically adjustable front discs coulters that will cut through the longest residues.

3D Spring security

For hard conditions, and stony soils, Vibromulch can be fitted with 3D safety tines with 30x30mm impact spring.

Roller

Depending on the conditions of use and the type of soil, different roller equipment is available.

The roller available with this machine are shown below. 

Rear cover harrow

To improve the distribution of residues on the ground, ensure perfect leveling and avoid transplanting weeds, a rear harrow is available as an option.

Depth adjustment

The working depth is hydraulically adjusted and can be continuously adjusted from the cab with a visual position indicator that provides information to the user.

On the front, 2 depth control wheels (or 4 wheels on the 9m model) automatically adjust in sync with the roller for precise ground following and to stabilize the machine at high speeds.

Side deflectors

Side deflectors are available as an option for better rendering between tool passes.

Frame

Trailed Vibromulch is equipped with a robust frame with 5 rows of tines fixed on beams of section 80x80mm. The arrangement of the tines has been achieved with progressive clearance, as well as a symmetrical arrangement for better stability of the machine on slopes and a perfectly level finish. The axle linkage is integrated into the frame for durability and reliability during high-speed road transport.
