Smartplow mix trailed

Available in three widths, 6-7.50 and 8m, the trailed Smartplow is designed for high-powered tractors (from 250 to 480hp), and for large farms looking for high performance thanks to its work rate and the clearance provided by its 4 rows of tines.

All the comfort and ease of adjustment :

• Infinitely variable hydraulic adjustment from the cab, with synchronized action roller and front wheels.
• Control kinematics for leveling discs (mix version) in conjunction with the roller.
• Long boom for short maneuvers even with tractors with twin wheels, with articulation and hydraulic adjustment to optimize load transfer and tractor grip.

Handling : The short wheelbase ensures excellent manoeuvrability on headlands, saving time and simplifying work in plot corners.

Power gain : During operation, the Smartplow’s central axle, which is equipped with stop clips on the cylinders, this can relieve some of the load applied to the roller. The result is a reduction in pulling effort of up to 20%, as well as the possibility of adjusting the packer pressure.

Autumn preparation without rollers : Two tines are positioned behind the wheels for uniform work even in sticky conditions. This means that the machine can be used without a roller to prepare aerated ridges in autumn.

Comfort : AGRISEM has chosen to equip the Smartplow with large cross-section radial tires (600/50R22.5), for greater comfort and to preserve the soil structure.
