Why the BOSS

In TCS or SD systems, the main challenge is achieving proper soil penetration: under dry conditions, the furrow can be difficult to close, while under wet conditions, straw tends to accumulate at the bottom of the furrow.

A redesigned component

The product’s key strength lies in its double-angled disc, which reduces the pressure required for soil opening, making penetration easier and minimizing compaction.

For optimum performance

The parallelogram ensures perfect ground following, while gravity-fed seed placement in the shadow of the disc enhances precision.

In all conditions

The furrow quality is excellent, promoting quick and easy root establishment. The angled entry greatly reduces straw accumulation in the furrow, making closure much easier.

EASYDEPTH, an intelligent system for depth and pressure control

A single adjustment point simultaneously sets both the side gauge wheel and the press wheel, expanding seed placement possibilities to adapt to even the most extreme conditions. The EASYDEPTH system allows quick, tool-free adjustment via a trigger, from 0.5 to 10 cm in depth. It retains the efficiency of the previous design: adjustment by the side gauge wheel for small seeds, and by the press wheel for challenging conditions.

The pneumatic-assisted press wheel of the EASYDEPTH system ensures highly precise control, preventing excessive compaction or incomplete furrow closure.

A reinforced parallelogram,
with bearings and increased travel (370 mm), ensures optimal ground following and long service life.
Equipped with an active penetration system and a completely redesigned blade, they provide precise and consistent depth control, whether in light TCS conditions or in very dry No-Till situations, without disturbing the soil.
