Element Serie R

Disc-O-Mulch Serie R is equipped with discs mounted on security system with individual triangular rubber suspension. Their triangular shape ensures great rigidity and better support to the frame, which reduces the risk of damage.

A – Discs assembled one by one on the machine by means of an individual suspended arm :

• Higher penetration pressure
• Greater working precision

B – High security bolted R hubs : 

• Large Ø72 mm bearings and cassette seal = reliable and prefect tight
• Nord-Lock fine pitch screws and anti-vibration safety washers = reliable assembly and easy maintenance

C – Exclusive disc shape : 

• Protection against straw wrapping
• Hubs protected from sand, mud or stones

D – Security system with individual triangular rubber suspension :

• +28% contact surface with the beam = high torque
• No deformation or risk of damage
• Mechanical locking to lock the disc laterally
